Erin
Kaufman
Business Development Manager I started my career
in a long-term care facility and discovered that my interest
in healthcare was most specifically focused on geriatric and
developmentally disabled people. My position in restorative
therapies worked to return qualified nursing home patients
to their homes. Over time it became clear to me that I wanted
to interact with those people who were able to return to their
homes but still needed assistance. An In-Home Care career
was the perfect fit.
At Caregivers I look for opportunities to grow our business,
as well as, ways to better serve our clients and employees.
In a sense what I really do is relationship building and serve
as a liaison. I derive satisfaction from my position knowing
that we are creating atmospheres that will allow our clients
to remain home and independent as long as possible.
